  • Unloading and set-up assistance: Our technicians will assist you from the moment the equipment arrives at your site.
    We ensure that unloading is carried out safely and that the equipment is correctly positioned for final installation.
  • Notified body for CMS acceptance and operation: We work with notified bodies for the acceptance and operation of your equipment.
    This ensures that every installation complies with current regulations and safety standards.
  • Technical file: At the end of the installation, we provide you with a complete technical file.
    This file includes all the information you need to use and maintain your equipment, as well as certifications and compliance documents.

Connection and commissioning

Our teams of field technicians, in collaboration with our Project Managers, take charge of connecting, testing and commissioning your temporary installations.

  • Hydraulic connections: We make hydraulic connections using steam hoses and pipe sections, right up to your standby flanges.
    Our technicians ensure that all connections are watertight and comply with safety standards.
  • Electrical connections: We make the electrical connections needed to power your equipment.
    Our experts check the conformity of electrical installations and carry out tests to guarantee correct operation.
  • Power connections: We take care of connections for different power sources, whether oil, gas, electricity or 100% renewable energy.
    This includes the installation of safe and efficient supply systems to meet your specific energy needs.

Precise settings and controls

To achieve this, our specialized technicians carry out a series of adjustments and checks adapted to the specific features of each installation.

  • Temperature adjustments: We make precise temperature adjustments to ensure that your equipment operates under ideal conditions.
    These adjustments maximize energy efficiency and protect your systems from thermal fluctuations.
  • Start-up and hydraulic check: Our technicians start up the equipment, followed by a complete hydraulic check.
    This includes checking pressures, flows and hydraulic safety devices to prevent any leaks or malfunctions.
  • Burner adjustment and combustion analysis: We adjust burners to optimize combustion, which improves energy efficiency and reduces pollutant emissions.
    Combustion analysis is performed to ensure that gas emission levels comply with environmental standards.
  • Overheating and undercooling control: Our technicians check systems to detect and correct any overheating or undercooling, ensuring stable, reliable performance.
  • Antifreeze and negative circuit management: For installations exposed to extreme temperatures, we provide frost protection and manage negative circuits.
    This includes adding antifreeze and checking auxiliary heating systems.

Fallback management

End of contract and equipment return At the end of your rental contract, we take care of the return of your installations, ensuring a smooth process for you.

  • Equipment removal: Once the rental period is over, our teams dismantle the equipment and collect it on site.
    We make sure that this is done quickly and safely, minimizing disruption to your operations.
  • Supervised rental contract: Every relocation is supervised by the terms of your rental contract, ensuring that all conditions are met and the process is transparent.
    Our teams ensure that the site is left in good condition, and we provide you with a detailed handover report.
