Ensure a stable temperature in wine cellars to preserve the organoleptic properties of wines (aromas, taste, color) by preventing temperature variations that can alter them.
CLIENT REQUEST
Our client, a wine producer, wanted to stabilize the temperature of their wine cellars to protect the quality of their wine throughout maturation and storage. This includes maintaining a stable temperature even in extreme weather conditions.
CHALLENGE
Temperature variations in wine cellars can lead to wine alterations, such as changes in aromas, loss of taste, or color changes. The main challenge was to maintain a constant temperature efficiently and economically in an environment sensitive to climatic variations.
TIBBLOC SOLUTION
Installation of a 20,000 m³/h air handling unit associated with a 120 kW chiller.
This installation efficiently stabilizes the air temperature in wine cellars, ensuring a controlled and stable atmosphere.
The cooling system is designed to meet the specific requirements of the wine cellar, ensuring uniform distribution of cooled air while being energy-efficient.
