Temporary heating for building construction
OBJECTIVES
Provide temporary heating for a hotel under construction to ensure the required thermal conditions for drying plaster and applying paint.
CLIENT REQUEST
Our client wanted to maintain specific temperature conditions to facilitate finishing work inside the building, particularly the drying of plaster and paint.
Sufficient ambient temperature needed to be provided across multiple floors to ensure continuity of work, while meeting project deadlines.
CHALLENGE
- Install a temporary heating solution for a building under construction not yet connected to permanent infrastructure (central heating, electricity, etc.).
- Heat a large volume across multiple levels, while ensuring safety and energy efficiency.
TIBBLOC SOLUTION
TIBBLOC implemented a complete temporary heating installation, including:
- A mobile boiler room of 1 MW
- Installation of hoses, manifolds and air heaters to distribute heat evenly throughout the building
- The transport, installation, and commissioning were handled by Tibbloc from start to finish
PROFITS
- Meeting deadlines thanks to rapid material drying
- Turnkey solution managed by Tibbloc
- Flexibility and adaptability to building size and needs
