CUSTOMER REQUEST


Our customer wanted to optimize its concrete manufacturing process by reducing setting times, while ensuring consistent quality of the finished product. His objective: to adopt a more ecological and economical solution. We helped them implement an innovative production method combining performance, sustainability and cost reduction.

CHALLENGE


To propose a low-carbon concrete solution designed to reduce the ecological footprint associated with its production. The aim was also to optimize the preparation process to limit on-site delays. By maintaining consistent quality while reducing the use of additives.

This has enabled us to reconcile performance and sustainability.

TIBBLOC SOLUTIONS


TIBBLOC provided a complete solution, perfectly adapted to the customer’s needs. The team installed a mobile boiler directly in the concrete plant. This heats the injection water to an optimum temperature of +65°C.

This preheating significantly accelerates concrete setting, even in winter conditions. To guarantee maximum efficiency, TIBBLOC has carried out a precise Delta T calculation. This measures the difference between the temperature of the incoming water, generally +2°C in winter, and the target temperature at injection.

This thermal control reduces preparation time while ensuring perfect mix homogeneity.

This process optimization has enabled TIBBLOC to limit the use of additives. As a result, concrete production has improved on three fronts: it has become more ecological, more economical and more efficient.
