Steam requirement for a car battery factory
OBJECTIVES
To meet a steam requirement for a car battery factory and supply 25 T/h of steam while treating effluents before their discharge into the environment.
CLIENT REQUEST
In its production line, the factory uses steam and is investing in boiler rooms: 2x 25 T/h gas-fired and 1x 25 T/h electric.
We intervene upstream of production to assist with the factory’s startup while awaiting the full delivery of the permanent boiler room.
CHALLENGE
- The factory is subject to ecological requirements for its water discharge.
- We therefore deploy 25 T/h of steam (15 T/h + 10 T/h) to maintain production while meeting our client’s environmental demands.
TIBBLOC SOLUTION
Multi-stage deployment:
- Stage 1: installation of a 1.3 T/h boiler with its accessories.
- Stage 2: installation of a 6 T/h boiler with a 6 m³ tank with water treatment and a blowdown tank.
- Stage 3: deployment of a 10 T/h boiler as well as a 15 T/h boiler with its softeners of 20 and 10 m³/h and a 26 m³ feed tank.

PROFITS
- We ensure the continuity of steam production during all phases using steam and gas manifolds.
- Steam is distributed using a rack 150 meters from production.
- We treat effluents before their discharge into the environment.
