Low-carbon boiler rooms for sustainable heat production
OBJECTIVES
Supporting our client in adopting green energy through low-carbon boiler rooms, reducing CO₂ emissions and effectively decarbonizing.
CUSTOMER REQUEST
Our client wanted to replace high CO₂-emitting fossil fuels with a low-carbon electrical source. They also sought to reduce the environmental impact of their activities by acting across their entire value chain, particularly scopes 2 and 3.
For this, they were looking for a low-carbon heating solution that could be sustainably integrated into their decarbonization strategy.
CHALLENGE
We therefore decided to decarbonize heat production in industry and large buildings. All while maintaining good energy performance to reduce environmental impact and control operating costs.
TIBBLOC SOLUTIONS
To meet this demand, we proposed a simple and effective solution. It includes electric steam boilers up to 3 T/h and modular hot water boilers from 300 kW to 3 MW. These units are powered by renewable energy or low-carbon electricity.
Furthermore, the boilers are available for rent. This helps to avoid overproduction, reduce waste, and align with a circular economy approach. This solution also remains flexible, ideal for temporary needs.
Finally, a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) was conducted. It allowed us to measure the ecological impact of the boilers and ensure their effectiveness in a sustainable approach.
PROFITS
- Reduced emissions of greenhouse gases with renewable energy boilers.
- Improved environmental performance through LCA analysis.
- Rental for flexibility and circular economy, reducing costs and environmental impact.
