Early Production Start-Up

Context

During the creation of a gigafactory, a steam supply of up to 25 tons/hour was required to ensure:
  • Building heating
  • Precise humidity control, particularly in battery areas sensitive to moisture
This solution had to be operational before the permanent boiler room was commissioned.

Tibbloc Solution

  • Progressive deployment of 4 steam boilers (1 T/h, 6 T/h, 10 T/h, 16 T/h)
  • Temporary steam production
  • Water treatment and softening
  • Steam feedwater tanks and distribution network
  • Gradual capacity ramp-up from 1.3 T/h to 25 T/h
Project duration: 10 months

Result:

Early production start-up, before completion of the permanent boiler room, generating immediate value for the client.

Temporary Battery Testing Laboratory

Context

In an existing gigafactory, a temporary laboratory had to be equipped for on-site battery testing, with strict flow rate and temperature control requirements.

Tibbloc Solution

  • 500 kW chiller
  • Temperature range 7/12°C (chilled water loop)
  • Integrated pump and buffer tank
  • Demineralized water hydraulic network
Project duration: 6 months

Result:

Tests conducted directly on-site, enabling rapid validation of a cooling solution perfectly suited to production technical constraints.
